Privacy

Route of Condor is a small studio. We collect the minimum, we don’t sell your data, and we only use what you give us to reply. Here’s what we keep and why, in plain words.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: name, email, and your project details (industry, place, dates, budget, message). If you subscribe to Field Notes, your email.

We don’t ask for sensitive or payment data on the site. Any payment is arranged separately, through secure channels.

How it’s processed

Forms are sent through Web3Forms, a service that receives the message and forwards it to us by email at routeofcondor@gmail.com. Web3Forms acts as a technical relay.

Your inquiry lands in our Gmail inbox, where we read and reply to it.

What we use it for

To reply to your inquiry, put together a proposal and follow the project through. Nothing else.

We don’t use your data for advertising or share it with third parties to sell you things.

Cookies and analytics

As of today the site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Only what’s strictly needed for the page to work (e.g. remembering your language).

If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this page and say so here.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as needed to reply and follow the project. If it doesn’t move forward, we clear them once they’re no longer useful.

Your rights

You can ask us anytime to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from Field Notes. Write to routeofcondor@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
